Has anyone ever asked you what your passion is?  What did you say?  I always longed to be great at something, to be known as "that person who is really good at that thing".  I always beloved that I had to learn everything about something before I could share it with others and I never thought I knew enough about anything to do it.  For example this blog..  I don't know much about blogging, but here I am doing it so I can share my passions.  I discovered I may not know everything, but learning about them is what makes me happy, doing them is what makes me feel alive.

     Working with children and nature are my passions.  TV, smart phones, and the like are still pretty new to the parenting world and getting children outside and enjoying it is harder than ever!

This type of problem is where I thrive.  My over active imagination, understanding of children from both a personal and educational standpoint, and my unyielding passion for nature is why I started this blog.  I want to share what I know, learn what you know, and expand my knowledge so I can start my own outdoor educational program.

     This blog will not only be a chronicle of my adventures and mishaps, but also a toolbox for all of you to look to when you need a little motivation or inspiration for teaching while playing with the children in your life.
